So starting my first cycle. Im going to be doing from 300mg - 400mg. Im not a huge man but i would like to be.. Im 150 pds - 26 years old - very athletic and gym 4 - 5 times a week. Bench 150 and squat about 275. Any ideas on what type of gains i should be looking at .. just maybe an avg or any thoughts on it. id like to be 185pds at least(one day) hahaha. I will be taking protein and do live at home so food is pretty much on tap. Any thoughts or advice on this so i can reach my goal would be greatly appreciated! thanks in advance again!
