first cycle 20%-12% in 8 weeks

i will be completing the following gear for my first cycle as i know it has done wonders for others on this site i do diet and cardio all the time so everything is in order i will be taking 75mgs fina ED with 100mg day of prop and averaging 120mcg of t3 and please feel free to critique
i will use arimidex and milk thistle all the way through with nolva as pct also have liquidex

carbs about 60gr a day
protein 370gr a day
fats 100gr

I think your macro breakdown looks good. However, I don't think you need all the drugs to accomplish your cutting goals. More about diet and cardio. Some gear to sustain muscle is one thing, but not a necessity when cutting. I would save most the sauce for bulkers personally.
 
what do you think of that macro breakdown with just a t3 clen cycle with 200mg of deca to preserve muscle from t3

The majority of your results will be determined by your training and nutrition.

75 mgs Fina EOD, 100 mgs Propionate EOD and 50 mcgs T3 should be more than sufficient to see results.

Possibly add in Winstrol into the mix @ 50 mgs EOD or some EQ @ 50 mgs EOD.

Otherwise, looks good. Stay foccused and consistent on your training and be ready to evaluate your results and make the necessary changes to your program.

the diet looks okay, except personally I would go a little higher on the carbs, I cant even think on that many. The fina/prop is plenty in the way of steroids, as their only role is to maintain mass. I wouldnt run t3 at that dose that long, at 20% you shouldnt need it anyway, as the weight should come off easily till you get under 10%. But 8% in 8 weeks may not be possible, a % a week is a whole lot of fat
 
8% bf lost in 8wks is possible but not while maintaining lbm imo..i hope you understand that when you are set for those goals you will lose muscle as well as fat
 
I will soon be stacking sus 250 and anavar for the first time together. I've got rough hours at the hospital and it is hard for me to eat a lot of calories as it is. Shoving food down my throat when I'm home is fine, but it's when I'm at work that's a bitch. I'm a small guy only 5'7 and 141lbs. 8 % body fat but I know i need some calories to put on weight. How many calories am I looking at to put on 15-20 lbs. in my 8 week cycle? and is there any other good alternatives of calories/ protein for someone who doesn't have a consistant schedule?
