Hey guys, this is my first post here. I'm thinking of doing a cycle, and was hoping some of the experienced users here could give me some advice. I've done a fair bit of research on the net, but would like some real opinions / experiences etc..
I've been lifting for about 1.5 years now, about 4 times a week. I'm fairly happy with the results. A few months ago i had knee surgery, and being unable to do proper cardio etc, my body fat has jumped up to 18%. I wan't to try a cutting cycle to help acceleratle getting it back down to single figures. I live in Australia where even ECA is illegal which doesnt help.. anyway i was thinking of doing a cycle something like this:
Week 1: Clen 60mcg / day
Week 2: Clen 80mcg / day
Week 3: Clen 100mcg / day
Week 4: Cytomel low dose
Week 5: Cytomel higher dose
Week 6: Cytomel low dose
Week 7: Clen 60mcg / day
Week 8: Clen 80mcg / day
Week 9: Clen 100mcg / day
The actual doses will no doubt vary as i find my own personal tolerance etc... I was also thinking of adding a steriod such as Deca Durabolin or Primobolan, but my main priority is to get ripped instead of ganing muscle mass.
My full stats are:
5'9
165 pounds
18% BF
My current diet is pretty good, i dont calorie count but i always watch what i eat etc.. and i have protien shakes on the days i work out. I'm currently doing a pretty labour intensive job which gives me a fairly decent cardio workout for about 3.5 hours a day, 5 days a week, so thats covered as well.
If you guys could give any pointers / advice it would be much appreciated.
