I'm starting my first cut cycle (second cycle total) in a week and was wondering if there was anything I should change?
week 1-6 75mg fina eod
week 1-6 50mg winny ed (oral)
week 1-8 250mg sust/wk
week 1-6 12.5-50mcg T3 ed
clomid post-cycle (300mg/1, 100mg/2-14, 50mg/15-21)
600mg ALA ed
lots of water
I'm currently 5'9, 175lbs and ~14-15% bf. I lift four days a week and do cardio 2-3x a week. Protein intake is about 200-240g on average, and cals will be dropped to <1800. I'm thinking of just doing 12.5mcg T3 a day (BigAndy's recommendation) - would that be effective at all or should I go up to 50mcg as planned? Thanks!
