I'm 37 yrs old, 6'1 and about 230 and I have been lifting on and off for years. I'm also active on the weekends. I am about a week into a winny (oral 50mg) only cycle. My goal is lean mucsle. I am not looking to add a ton of mass or become a powerlifter.
I am already seeing some good results in terms of slimming down but thats probably because of the ajustments to my diet.
I am thinking of adding test to my next cycle. Again I dont want a ton of mass rather a lean cut look. I'd like to keep to two substances.
Is test/winny the way to go? Deca/winny? (I believe I read this was a "solid" course in another thread.
Any help would be appreciated.
