This is my first big cycle. Can anyone tell me what kind of results I can expect, or any changes that could be made to make it better?

the reason I ask is deca is a poor choice if you have a high body fat % which is no disrespect to you but you will regret running deca in that situation. deca is pretty much used as a bulker, your appetite will go sky high and you will add bf. you will be hungry 24/7. i mean you will wake up starving, you will go to bed starving.. your brain is gonna think you are hungry when you are not. so keep this in mind.
also you should drop the deca down to 300mg per week.. 500mg is overkill for a first time deca user.
i hope you know what cabaser is and I hope you have a very strong PCT lined up also. if you do not then you need to stop what you are doing and research more unless you want to run into deca dick and have your test levels shot for months on end
