first 1-ad cycle results and ? about next

Sorry this is kind of long, but I thought you can't really answer questions without knowing some background.
I did a 1-ad only cycle early this year and had good results. At that time I was on a bulking up cycle and gained 8lbs of lbm in 8 weeks. In the following post cycle recovery, I kept the bulking up cycle (diet, cardio, training all the same) and gained another 4 lbs total, 2 lbm and 2 fat over about another 8 weeks. This is a good comparison of typically what I would gain without ph vs what I could do with them. Even though the total weight gain wasn’t eye popping, I was pleased with the fact that I gained almost no fat while on the ph, and that I kept all of the muscle gains afterward (and even kept gaining a little bit).
Now I want to do a 1-ad only cycle while I’m trying to get lean. I had 2 main negative side effects during my first cycle, both of which did not get bad until the last 3-4 weeks of the cycle. I had trouble sleeping and the reduction in libido was noticeable. What can I do to minimize these two side effects? I am going to try 2 shorter cycles (maybe 5 weeks or so) spaced 4 weeks apart instead of one longer cycle. I took tribulus during my post cycle recovery. If I take this during the 1-ad cycle will it help with the reduction in libido issue? What about adding in 4-ad? Does it help with these problems? But aren’t there other side effects in addition to some bloating with adding in 4-ad?
My stats – 40 years old, 6 ft tall 203 lbs at 11% bf (at end of bulking up cycle, caliper measured a couple weeks ago). Lifting off and on for many years, but training hard for about 4. Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated.
 
Hmm, lets see where to start. I haven't tried using 1-AD to cut so I can't really offer up much advice for that. I just finished a 4 week cycle of 1-AD/4-AD. In that time I went from 198 to 212. Immediately following the cycle I started taking 6-oxo and Tribestan for recovery, switching my diet to low carb, and using NYC and Yohimburn to lose the fat. It's been a week now since the end of the 1-AD cycle and I've cut away about 7-8 pounds of fat and water weight. My strength has not gone down at all, in fact in few lifts I'm still improving.

The addition of 4-AD helped a bit with the drop in libido, but alternatively it will cause you to retain more water and I wouldn't recommend it if you are trying to cut down, and while it's a small percentage, 4-AD is a little more likely to aromatize than 1-AD (I'm not sure how susceptable you are to puffy nips).
 
Thanks for the info. I wasn't concerned about gyno with just the 1-ad, but I realize there is a possibility that it could be a problem with 4-ad. I don't really know if I'm susceptable to gyno or not; there is a little fat in my pecs especially in the lower part, but this may not mean anything. What about taking tribulus (or some form of it) while on the 1-ad - would this help with the libido problem?

Not quite sure. I suppose it's worth a shot, tribulus (Tribestan seems to be the best kind) is relatively inexpensive nowadays. I don't think it will necessarily increase your sex drive though. I noticed while on 1-AD it wasn't necessarily that I had trouble being hard, I just wasn't horny all the time as usual.
