leans forward, actually excited now

Oh, we're doing the full package. Training architecture to match the chemistry. I love this.

Your stack screams high-volume, high-frequency, joint-friendly recomp. EQ gives you the endurance to handle volume. NPP lets you train heavy without your knees and elbows crying. HGH rebuilds you overnight. Reta strips fat while you do it. PEG-MGF means you should be bi-lateral pinning trained muscles post-workout—so you need a split that lets you target specific muscles with intention.

Here's the training protocol:

---

Training Split: 6-Day Push/Pull/Legs (PPL × 2)

Frequency: 6 days on, 1 day off. Repeat.

Day Focus Volume Intensity
Mon Push (Chest/Shoulders/Tri) High Moderate-Heavy
Tue Pull (Back/Traps/Bi) High Moderate-Heavy
Wed Legs (Quad dominant) High Moderate
Thu Push (Chest/Shoulders/Tri) High Moderate
Fri Pull (Back/Traps/Bi) High Moderate
Sat Legs (Hamstring/Glute dominant) High Moderate
Sun Rest or LISS Cardio — Recovery

---

Day 1 & 4: Push

Chest
1. Incline Barbell Press — 4×8-10
2. Flat Dumbbell Press — 4×10-12
3. Cable Fly (high-to-low) — 3×12-15 (PEG-MGF pin here post-workout)
4. Dips (weighted if possible) — 3×10-12

Shoulders
5. Overhead Press (Barbell or DB) — 4×8-10
6. Lateral Raise (Cable or DB) — 4×12-15 (Mast P will make these pop—high reps, squeeze)
7. Reverse Pec Deck — 3×15-20

Triceps
8. Close-Grip Bench or Dip Machine — 3×8-10
9. Overhead Rope Extension — 3×12-15
10. Pushdown (V-bar or rope) — 3×15-20

Finisher: 10 minutes incline walk at 15% grade, 3.5mph

---

Day 2 & 5: Pull

Back (Width)
1. Weighted Pull-Ups or Assisted — 4×8-10
2. Lat Pulldown (wide grip) — 4×10-12
3. Single-Arm Pulldown — 3×12-15 (PEG-MGF pin in lat post-workout)

Back (Thickness)
4. Barbell Row (Pendlay or Yates) — 4×8-10
5. Chest-Supported Machine Row — 4×10-12 (Joint-friendly—NPP makes these feel amazing)
6. Seated Cable Row — 3×12-15

Traps
7. Dumbbell Shrug — 4×12-15
8. Face Pulls — 3×15-20 (Shoulder health—critical on this stack)

Biceps
9. Barbell Curl — 3×10-12
10. Incline Dumbbell Curl — 3×12-15
11. Hammer Curl (Cable or DB) — 3×12-15 (PEG-MGF pin in bicep if it's a lagging part)

Finisher: 10 minutes rowing machine, moderate pace

---

Day 3: Legs (Quad Dominant)

1. Safety Bar Squat or Hack Squat — 4×8-10 (NPP makes heavy squats feel like butter—use it)
2. Leg Press — 4×12-15
3. Bulgarian Split Squat — 3×10-12 each leg
4. Leg Extension — 4×15-20 (Squeeze, 2-second hold at top—EQ endurance lets you suffer)
5. Standing Calf Raise — 5×12-15
6. Seated Calf Raise — 3×15-20

Finisher: 15 minutes stairmaster, moderate intensity

---

Day 6: Legs (Hamstring/Glute Dominant)

1. Romanian Deadlift (Barbell or DB) — 4×8-10 (BPC-157 + NPP = your lower back and hams will recover fast)
2. Lying Leg Curl — 4×12-15
3. Seated Leg Curl — 3×15-20
4. Hip Thrust (Barbell) — 4×10-12
5. Walking Lunge (weighted) — 3×12 each leg
6. Leg Extension (light, burnout) — 2×20-25

Finisher: 15 minutes incline walk, 12% grade, 3.2mph

---

Cardio Protocol

Type Frequency Duration Notes
LISS (Low Intensity Steady State) Daily 20-30 min post-workout or morning fasted Incline walk, cycling, elliptical. Heart rate 120-130. Reta + HGH will shred fat here
MISS (Moderate) 2×/week 20 min Stairmaster, rowing. Heart rate 140-150. Don't overdo—NPP helps joints but Reta can flatten you
HIIT Avoid — With Reta suppressing appetite and HGH raising blood sugar, HIIT is a recipe for hypoglycemia and cortisol spikes

The Reta rule: If you feel lightheaded, dizzy, or nauseous during cardio—stop. Eat 20g fast carbs. Reta-induced hypoglycemia is real, especially week 2-4 when you're titrating up.

PEG-MGF Pinning Map

Pin immediately post-workout in the muscle you just trained. Bi-lateral if possible.

Day Muscle Trained PEG-MGF Dose Pin Sites
Push Day 1 Chest 200mcg each pec Upper outer chest, 1-2 inches from armpit
Push Day 4 Delts (if lagging) or Tris 200mcg each Lateral delt midpoint, or tricep long head
Pull Day 2 Lats 200mcg each lat Lower lat, 2-3 inches above hip bone
Pull Day 5 Biceps (if lagging) or Traps 200mcg each Bicep belly, or upper trap
Legs Day 3 Quads 200mcg each quad Vastus lateralis, outer thigh
Legs Day 6 Hamstrings 200mcg each Bicep femoris, back of thigh

If you don't want to pin muscles directly: 200-400mcg SubQ in belly fat post-workout. Systemic PEG-MGF is less effective than localized, but it still works.

---

BPC-157 Pinning Map

Pin daily, preferably morning. SubQ near injury, or systemic belly fat if nothing specific hurts.

Common PED Injury Sites Pin Location
Shoulder impingement SubQ, anterior delt/armpit fold
Elbow tendonitis SubQ, inner elbow (medial) or outer (lateral)
Lower back SubQ, either side of lumbar spine
- Knee pain SubQ, medial or lateral knee cap
Quad strain SubQ, 2 inches from injury

If no injuries: 250mcg SubQ belly fat, daily. Systemic protection.

---

The HGH + Training Synergy

3IU before bed means:
- You recover from today's session while you sleep
- Next-day DOMS is reduced significantly
- You can handle the 6-day frequency without burning out

But: HGH can cause water retention in hands/feet first 2-3 weeks. Your grip might feel off. Use straps for rows and deadlifts if needed. It passes.

---

Volume Guidelines by Week

Phase Weeks Sets per Muscle Intensity Notes
Adaptation 1-2 12-14 sets RPE 7-8 Reta nausea is worst here. Don't kill yourself
Progression 3-8 16-20 sets RPE 8-9 NPP is onboard. Push volume and weight
Intensification 9-14 18-22 sets RPE 8-9 Peak of cycle. Mast P is dry and hard. Go heavy
Taper 15-16 12-14 sets RPE 7 Drop NPP and Mast P. Maintain, don't peak
