Hey guys

Introducing myself to this forum for the first time

Alot of you already know me, i coach some of you and ive been around the block in the ugl scene for some years now and am logging on two other forums currently as i go into Season A 2026!

Looking to start a log here also!

Im an accomplished former powerlifter turned bodybuilder, i wrapped up this year competing in season C IFBB and PCA

I am 16 weeks out from season A
And i wanted to jump on here as i believe i have alot of insight to offer and want to be apart of what seems like a great community here

ill start a log leading to show 1 and so on

Im 170cm 109.2kg and still only a few kgs above stage condition 13 weeks post show

I live, eat, sleep and breathe bodybuilding and am described by many as the most locked in and hard working individual in the sport currently as an amatuer

Not sure what rules are here as far as posting photos but those who know me can confirm im not talking out of my ass

Ive spent alot of time and money over the years to gain the knowledge that i have and worked with many clients over the years to compete in high level powerlifting and bodybuilding

My accomplishments were a 330kg squat 210kg bench and 330kg deadlift at under 100kg bw, did some proraws and other high level events as a powerlifter until a disc herniation took me out of the game due to surgery

I hope to be a valued member here and like i said, you may see a log come to be should i see the interest

Weve got push today! Gonna be a cracker session, finishing up morning block of steps atm whilst clearing client messages off whatsapp! My team atm is killing it, fuck waiting to the new year to start, DM me to get on board my roster NOW and lets hit the ground running in 2026

Anyways meal 1 will go down once i get back after i drink my morning digestion drink which is

200ml kombucha
1 serve greens
10g creatine and glutamine
5g taurine

Already a litre deep fluids wise

Meal 1 will be

Cor/berries/whey
Corn thins/whey paste
Pineapple

All my morning health supps go in also with that meal

Push will go

Side raise machine x3
Tricep rope ext x3
Pec dec x2
Sa side raise x2
Chest press machine x2
Dip x2
Cable crossover x2
Overhead rope ext x3
Db side raise x3

Body is changing daily and the best part is im not using any anabolics other than my sports trt and the mitochondrial support stack (hit up @helios Labs to discuss

Not long til chrissy day now, ill run the next 3 days push/pull/legs then my rest day will fall on chrissy day which is perfect, prawns inbound lol
