Is there anything more annoying?! :redhot: :jump:

First of all, it's an indecent hour of the morning for such a loud noise, (think elementary school fire alarm bell, about 5 feet from your head). :eek2:

Not to mention it's been going on for at least an hour now... and it's not even at regular intervals, where you could anticipate it coming and somewhat brace yourself. It's like a damn jack-in-the-box that scares the crap out of you EVERY ...SINGLE...TIME! Garrghggghghghgh!

To you, Mr. 9amFireAlarmTester....

Someone please make it stop.

I detest fire alarms after this past summer, I worked at the timmies bakery and when one would go off we had to leave with the lines running, and shit hardly ran right so we would come back and the line backed up all the way to the freezer 4 ft high, fucking donuts everywhere, and it was a blast to clean up I tells ya.

so now I hate fire alarms and donuts

you should go on break or tell your boss the frequent alarms are causing you stress and you need to go home and nap

We require that all of our foster homes conduct quarterly fire drills in their homes. This way everyone in the home (especially the children) can practice what to do in case they need to evacuate. It's very important. Also, test your smoke detectors monthly to ensure that they are operable. Change the batteries every 6 months. One smoke detector on every floor of the home. With one within 15 feet of the bedrooms. Thanks.
