Like many other people on this board I have had a lot of trouble switching to PL form.

Today I tried a small arch and I was able to keep my elbows tucked, and my back tight.

Even though I missed 300 I think this is a major mile stone. I thought I would never get the form right. Before this my elbows would always pop out.

Obviously I need to work on my triceps and anterior delts to get the full benefit out of the new form. I am accustomed to letting my chest take most of the lift. I am also dumping my old bench routine because it is mainly for benching elbows out.

After I was done with benching I did a lot of skull crushers and dumbbell military presses.
 
what is pl. I worked out with a guy last year, he insisted on, sticking to the bench ( your upper body) and arching a little. He benced over 435. Just curious what pl is. I try not to arch at all, I feel like it is cheating.
