Hello I have 1 week left on my Test/Deca cycle. I have gained 25 lbs. Im at 200 lbs now at 5' 7". I have hcg on hand but wa wondering if I should do a bridge of something to maintain my muscle gains or just do creatine and continue to eat good and train hard. Any thoughs or comments here would be appreaciated. This was my 2nd cycle in 2 years and Im 51 now.
