i have to come up with 3 programs one is for a de-conditioned male 6ft tall and 245 lbs. good health but wants to lose 40 lbs of body fat. any ideas.
the 2nd. is for an eiderly women with osteoarthritis to help her become more flexible.
and the 3rd is general nutritional guidelines for a male client having trouble mainting lean body mass due to his training schudule. 7 days resistance for an hour nad a cardio. for 45 for 7 days.
I've learned that asking questions is the best way to learn so i'm asking for a little help i have some ideas of my own but any of your would be really helpful.
