Finished my cutter, need help adjusting diet/cardio

I just finished up 20 weeks of dieting madness. I was doing cardio everyday for 45mins in the AM. Since I am currently off the shit I wanted to know how much should I tone back the cardio just to maintain my 6 pack and lean muscle mass?

Diet throughout cycle was

1/2 cup oatmeal 40 g protein

6oz chickne 1 baked potato

6oz chicken 1/2 cup brown rice

6oz chickecn 1/2 cup wheat pasta

40g protein

Should I keep the diet the same? How much should I lay off the cardio so I can maintain lean muscle mass?

how did that work for you? how much fat did you lose? how do you feel now? are you just trying to maintain what you've achieved?
