finished first cycle

I just finished my cycle. It started like this:
day 1 sus 250
day 8 sus 250
day 15 sus 250
day 21 sus 250
day 26 sus 250
day 31 sus 250
day 36 sus 250
day 41 sus 250
day 46 sus 250
day 51 sus 250
day 57 sus 250
day 64 sus 250
I changed it a bit and did more 4 day injections in the middle. I went from 210 to 230 (6 ft 34 yrs). My bench went up to 330 pounds from 295. I grew a lot and everyone noticed how big I got.
I made several mistakes though and thought I would pass the info on to everyone. I went pretty conservative on this cycle because it was my first and no matter how much you read you really don't know your ass from a hole in the ground until you have gained some first-hand experience.
Mistake#1 Did a bulking cycle in summer. There is way too much crap going on in summer that interferes with a bulking cycle. I did so much work on other things I had to do, most of the time I was overtrained and under- rested. Plus it would be nice to have some abs showing to go with the big chest and arms.
Mistake#2 I didn't prepare to deal with joint pain. I actually didn't expect it to happen with sustanon. I bet it cost me 5 pounds in body weight and at least 20 pounds gain on my bench.
Mistake#3 Not enough water. I got bloated big time. My hands were swelling up and it was very uncomfortable.
Mistake#4 diet could have been better. Next time I will buy more supplements in advance so I never get caught without a quick protein fix. Especially at work.
Overall it was a good cycle. No rage at all. I actually felt more relaxed. No acne of any kind to speak of. I did have some sweaty nights though. I am confused as hell as what to take next cycle. It will be a bulking cycle again in February this time. I might do some more sust and add some dbol and take some vioxx for the joint pain or mix some sust and deca to do the same thing. Fina is looking good too but I will only do it if I make it myself. A friend of mine did some 8 months ago and I think he got burned. :)
 
My first cycle was a sust only too. I kept about 10-12lbs of it. My mistake was that I didn't eat enough and didn't train hard enough either. Oh well, that's why we live and learn, eh?

Good first cycle. I did sust with deca (for the joints) for my first cyle. Great strength gains. I would recommened adding some d-bol and eq with the sust for your next cycle. Invest in some liquidex. It is a life saver!!!

Adding some deca is very beneficial for joints. Even if you only use 200mg/week just for that :)
