Hey everyone!
Finished 4th of 10th week cycle:400 EQ, 500 SUST.
1 st week did 200 EQ, 250 SUST.
Protein 150 g a day(170 lb weight),get 2500-3000 cal.
Gained only 3 lb. What's up?
Strenth is up, but not much!
Any help?!
