Hey everyone!
Finished 4th of 10th week cycle:400 EQ, 500 SUST.
1 st week did 200 EQ, 250 SUST.
Protein 150 g a day(170 lb weight),get 2500-3000 cal.
Gained only 3 lb. What's up?
Strenth is up, but not much!
Any help?!

Get your calories and protein UP. AS allow the body to synthesize more muscle protein than normal. This means you need far more dietary protein and can use far more dietary protein than normal. Shoot for at leat 1.5-2 g of protein per pound. You need the bricks to build the house. Make sure to eat plenty of low GI carbs to fuel intense training and intense muscle growth. Carbs spare protein to be used ot build muscle tissue so eat up. EAT to grow.
 
You need to eat bro. With that little amount of calories I'd be happy you gained anything. You should consume AT LEAST 2 grams of protein per lb. of bodyweight. You also need to be consuming about a gallon and a half of water a day. Get your calries up in general too. There's a bunch of other shit I could preach, but let's start with those.
 
listen to the other bros, you gotta eat, i'm actually surprised your appetite didn't go up enough for you to eat like a monster on EQ.
