F'ing Avatar!

I need some help here bro's......every time I find a picture for my avatar.it says:

"That image is too large. The maximum dimensions are 100 by 100 pixels. "

What do I need to do? (And don't tell me get an image that is less than 100 x 100!)
 
you need to resize the image. If you don't have an image editor email me the pic and I'll resize it for you.
 
That happened to me too...I just gave up...I got my avatar to work for one pic, but not the one i wanted. I found a cool one of Jerome bettis that I wanted to use, it was pretty small too, but it said it was too big.

It's not the actual size thats to large but the amount of pixels. Send me the pic I'll resize it.

I never thought I'd find it...but I just did a little search and I found it! I'm gonna try to mess around with it, and if I can't do it, I'll send it to you...Thanks alot bro!:)

I figured it out!!!!!! You live in B-O-S-T-O-N !
