finding information on web

How do I know what information is correct and what is not. I mean the more i read the more i find out i Know shit. And why do so many peopel disagree about whats good and whats not? I understand that each person is different but so many posts here contradict one another one person w lots of Karma points or what ever teh ranking is will disagree with someone who has the same amount of points. ALso Forget about the Web each site says different things. I even accessed different medical journals and they disagree as well. I will probably get slammed as some moron new bee who you all will say is he 18 and has even worked out. Well yes I have and for a while now and I am pretty academically smart At the very least I can read and understand most (not all obviously) medical journals or websites but I just have no idea who to believe and who not too. Another problem is that just because someone is huge and ripped doesnt mean they know anything I see guys in the gym and if i did there work outs i would weigh 120lbs. So someone please point give me a heads up on how to at least decipher through some of the BS.

It is good to see that you are learning this VALUABLE LESSON early on :o
YOU have to learn to read between the lines and sometimes through the agendas of people (Yes, they exist on sites like this...)

You will see certain people dole out GOOD advice on a regular basis then you will see others giving "advice" on things that they REALLY dont know ANYTHING about...ALOT of times you will see people who "heard" their friend(s) do something so they take that as the gospel and then swear up and down that it is true :o (when often times it is NOT).

YOU have to be careful on what you see.
In TIME you will be able to see through the fog and figure out WHO knows what they are talking about, and who doesnt :o

^^What Termie said.

This is no different than real life when determining the 'bullshit' factor. Read and read alot. Then read some more.
