Find my weak point

I was going for a PR deadlift on todays workout. I could get it all the way up but for the life of me I couldn't lock my knees out. I'm not quite sure what that means, but theres karma in it for good advice.

dude, you having the same issue as me. i would start doin some romanian dls, plyometrics, GHR(glute ham raises). mostly more glute and ham work!! tb
 
Your body will learn what you teach it. With that in mind, if you want to get better at locking out, do some lockouts. :)

What do you mean by that just repetively lock out at the top of a deadlift or do you mean go lighter and do more reps so that I get to lock out more often?
 
Yep. Go heavy out of the power rack. Great assistance work for the deadlift. :)
