B BigMarc1 New member Aug 20, 2002 #2 I did it for 3 weeks bro and I was up 8 pounds and strength was outstanding, but then I started getting side effects ( Painful nipples) that I couldn't stop so I quit. Still have 4 weeks worth left but I have to wait to i find a way to stop sides
