finasol preparation

hey could really use some knowhow here.
Am planning a cycle of transdermal fina and put three cartridges of crushed fina pellets in 120 ml. of isopropyl myristate. Trouble is it doesn't seem to be dissolving after three days.
Does it not dissolve in IM? If so how do I use this now????
