NO need to refrigerate just keep cool. They just send it that way for saftey reason. Fina is just some powder glued together and it could be damaged by heat from shipping.

My Component- TH is still in the fridge cause I couldn't find anything from searching, and I was afraid of being flamed on asking that question. Guess I can take it out of the fridge now.
I'm glad to know I wasn't the only one with that question.
As I understand the fina should be refridgerated so it keeps it form so it fits into the fina gun when you shoot it into your cow. If you were planning on injecting them then you wouldnt really care about the shape of the fina pellet so you wouldnt have to refridgerate it.
