I am starting a finaplix cycle in about two weeks i made my own two bottles of finaplix and I am also doing winny and aratest. I am doing the aratest to keep my mass and the winny and the fina as a cut cylce. I just started a diet that I have in the new May issue of Flex. It is real good if anyone wants to check it out its called the 12 point low carb diet. But my question is this is what I eat everyday I'm at college so I have very limited food that I can eat that is healthy so check it out and comment on my meals and what you think of my cycle.
Meal 1.
egg beaters about 2 1/2 cups(thats all our college offers)
1/2 cup of reduced fat cottage cheese.
and two slices of melted cheese on the eggs
Meal2. Pre workout
one slice of whole wheat with one piece of cheese and tuna
tuna also on the side
one good size salad with veggies and vinager
and sometimes some boiled veggies (if they look like they haven't been killed in oil)
Meal 3. Post Work out
two seprate sandwiches with one slice of whole wheat each with tuna and one slice of cheese
one good size salad with vinager
Meal 4.
Protien shake with vanilla soy milk
and one tsp. of peanut butter
Meal 5.
Depending on if I have time with school and football I try to snake on fat free cream cheese and whole wheat crackers
any ideas for diet tips or cycle tips please respond
