well.
quite simple.

4 exercises, 3 sets per exercise.

1) stiff legged DL
2) wide grip palms out lat pulldowns
3) bent over rows dumbells
4) smith machine bent over rows

thats a 57 original american!!!
slapped on some ernie balls 9 gauge and lowered the action a bit.

you mean the amp?? or the strat!?!? if i had one vintage mid 50's i would NEVER, EVER NEVER EVER leave it lyeing on the couch like that !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i have a strat from 64, it's signed on the back by eric johnson and yngwie malmsteen. And i never let it leave it's case
