i've been designing it for about a year now, covers my whole left shoulder. cost $300, took 2 hours, a guy that has a lot of his work in tatoo magazines pinned it on me. i honestly think it's the coolest tattoo and design i've ever seen. i want to post a pic but there is no way i will....i want it to stay one of a kind:rolleyes:

anyways, first tattoo. pretty cool experiance. glad i had this guy do it, and i would recomend having somone tat you with more than 5 years of experiance. this guys been doing it for 11 years, and after talking with him for the 2 hours he conviced me that 90% of tattoo artists with under 5 years of experiance are shit. ask how long they've been doing it, and ask to look at their portfolio. make sure you like their work

good for u man!
i've been wanting to get a tattoo for a long time now...im dying to infact,
but im waiting till my arms are larger

how come? it will stretch with your arm, and they can color in if it lightens up as it stretches out....just make sure you want what your going to get, it's there for a while :)

awesome, dude! tattoos and piercings are addictive.

post a pic for us, pls.

I have two on my back..

I kind of like the sensation of the actual tatoo needle.. can be addicting

I would like to see your tattoo too! :)

i want to, i might when i take a picture of it next week, but i dont know, be easy to copy it if i did

Really, dude, how many people are going to actually see the picture of your tattoo here? Out of those 500 people, who is going to actually go out and have it copied? Will you ever see this person? I had one done that I designed, and it covers my shoulder/upper arm. It took 6 hours in 3 different visits. It was inspired by "The Rock's" tattoo. (before he got all carried away with it)
Let's see it!

I’ve heard that a lot. For me it was more annoying than anything, it hurt a little in spots, but wasn’t painful. I don’t see how people get their face and other parts tattooed ouch......what are the two on your back?

I do not have any tats but I am planning on getting one soon.
I have a good version of the tat down, but want to refine it. Its bad ass.

Thanks for the advice. I was planning on asking them for pics of their customers.

And you have proved that you are white trash.
Sorry for my bluntness.
Apologise for hurting your feelings.

I really used to think the same thing, and then went through a really traumatic period in my life. I got the tattoo to remind me of that time, and the mistakes I made. Fortunately, I don't regret getting it.

none taken. i think 90% of tats are " white trash" mostly ones that have no meaning, the basic "pick it off the wall" tat, just getting one to have it are.

every tat place i took my design the artists were like "damn, that is a sweet design" ect ect....now if you think tats are "white trash" in general, that is a different story...i used to think the same thing.....

well i want to be white trash because i have been contemplating getting a tatt on my chest for about a year now. with my currently AAS pumped up body i am feeling a little cocky and seriously thinking of going ahead with it.

any males on here have chest tatts? any suggestions? any regrets? happy with results. k to all helpful replies. i think chest tatts look great. (like nect tatts too but i am in kind of a conservative job that might not work)!

The way I finally convinced myself is that you only live on this earth once, you only have one time through bro, don’t live life with regrets, not even one. Life is too short to think about small changes like tattoos. It’s no big deal, no one is going to hate you for ir, your not going to go to jail ect, it’s tiny

After those thoughts went through my mind the other night I got up the next morning with one thing on my mind, to get it no matter what, I h no regrets what so ever. I wish I did it a long time ago.

The only comment I’d say is like before, make sure you like the design (after a year I’m sure you do) make sure your artists is good and has the experience (usually the guys who know there shit will be faster and cheaper, so ask how long and how much)

Go get it dog, If you like the design you have don’t worry about it, life is short. Don’t wait until your 70 

I would have to agree a friend of mine designed mine and the artist I took it too tweaked it a bit. I love it turned out extally how I wanted it to.

Tried to upload the file, but the limit is 100k. My picture was 634k. I'm not even fucking close to getting that thing to work, no matter how far I cut it down. Must be the hugeness of my gun, eh?

i had a guy with only a few months experience do one of my tattoos and it's good. it's an art, so even beginners, once they know how to handle the gun properly, can do excellent work if they are great artists.

it takes more than you could imagine to stretch a tattoo. you'd have to grow to 3x the size you were when you got it before you noticed any distortion of the piece.

all of my tattoos were designed on the spot, as i have no artistic abilities. they all look great, IMO, and don't regret a single one.
