PT has done great this past year.

He's put on some good muscle and lost bodyfat simultaneously which is very hard to do. I told him to enjoy it while he can cuz the longer you train, the more your body either wants a clear anabolic or catabolic stimulus.

I know this cuz he trains in my gym and I've known him most of my life, like zuess.

However, I am not be to be held accountable or liable for anything those two yahoos post on this message board, LOL!!

Definitely some good work after only one year, but consider working on those delts and the upper back area more (I am sure you are anyway), that will definitely fill those shirts out, gotta love the King Cobra look.

Looks like you have been working hard.

My only advice is to work on your back as your biceps will not easily get any bigger until your back is large enough proportionately.

Concentrate on back and shoulders for a while. Forget chest All right, don't forget it. Just don't try an chest specialization routines or anything.

Heavy presses and lots of rows. That's the doctor's prescription. Along with a double dose of squats and deads. Warning: Possible side effects include slabs of muscle and the strength of a kodiak bear.

And I'm also assuming you've got wheels but couldn't get a pic cause you only had time to get one or two.

Keep pushing.

well, just to correct , i weigh 197, and stand 5'11

i had to bust my ass to get down to that amount, because when i got in the gym i weighed around 225 and it wasn't muscle

so before you call me a little guy, do two things for me:

1. post your own damn pic

2. tell me how many needles have been in your ass, because i am juice free, the boys at my gym can attest to that. i've got the patience to wait for my shit
