Finalized Winter Bulking Cycle!!

Winter Cycle!!!!!!! Got to love to bulk!
Stats: 6'3 240 at 15% BF
18 inch arms, 47 inch chest

Here it is:

Forgot this: 200mg of DNP with adipokentic for 10 days, 20 days prior to cycle. This will get rid of some fat and give me a anabolic rebound from the dnp!

week 1 to 5: 25mg of D-Bol ED
week 1 to 10: 600mg of Cyp a week
week 1 to 10: 400mg of EQ a week
week 5 to 12: Winny: 75mg ed first 4, 50mg ed last 4
week 1 to 15: .5mg of arimidex EOD
week 13 to 15: Clomid/Arimidex therapy
week 16 to 21: 40mg ED of Anavar with 15 grams of creatine and glutamine

The last 6 weeks is a bridge: Will probably do a Prop/Fina/Winny/T3 cutting cycle for the summer!

750mg of ALA will be in the ED throughout. Lots of water, 350 grams of protien, 3500-4000 cals

Looking for 15-20lbs while trying to keep BF the same.

Should start mid December...Cant wait!!

I like it. The only thing I would change is the timing of your winny/EQ/clomid.
Maybe do your winny from 6-13 or you can cut the EQ at week 9.

If you keep it like it is, the EQ will still be active when you start your clomid therapy. You need a full 3 weeks after your last shot. Peace

Looks good brutha! Diet sounds good...It looks similat to mine. No 5000+ cals diets for me. My bulk cycle diet is about 3200cals a day, 400+ grams of protein and no more then 250 carbs total. Keep us posted

In my experiences, SUS and Deca is 3 to 3 1/2 weeks, Cyp, and EQ are low enough after 2 weeks.

Also, if you do read it right, the clomid starts 3 weeks from last shot. If I waited one more week, I would be waiting 4 weeks.

Also the winny will last a few days past the 12th weeks, giving me 3-4 day buffer before clomid.

The cycle looks great bro. My only question is at 40 mg of Anavar a day you will shut your HPTA back down completely so you won't have recovered from the cycle. I am not sure if you care about that or not. If you are not worried about that then go for it if you are then drop the anavar to 20 mg a day.

I have done 40mg in the past with little shut down, so I hope to be fine. Other wise I'll just throw in some more clomid.

just curious.. what is the armidex therepy?.. i see a lot of people using it post cycle...

One of the main reasons for crashing post cycle is the low or non-existent natural test level and the extremely high estrogen levels. Clomid as we know will stimulate the HPTA to restart allowing natural test to be produced. Arimidex will keep the estrogen level very low which in turn will elavate your natural test production.

These 2 are the best combo for post cycle HPTA recovery.

Do you mind if i plageurize your cycle? LOL. Bro, our stats are almost identical!!! I thought that was quite a coincidence. Maybe we could both start the same time and compare results/diets/rest to see what went well with one guy and what went well with the other and the results. I think we should try and do more of that on this board. As a brotherhood, take guys with similiar stats and have them undergo the same cycles. Then document the shit out of the whole thing, the whole way through. Scientifically, as a unit, we would arrive at better decisions to be made in our quest for the ideal physique.

Taking on cycles and sharingn them with bros is a very good idea. I am about to do the samething with someone i meet from the board. We are all brothers here and should look to help eachother out, and make things a-little competetive. Just my 2 cents. Good like on that cycle looks like a good one.

It comes in after my bridge in my cutting cycle!! Its getting warm, but the fever will come in around May!!
