final word on lifting while on dnp?

OK so whats the scoop on lifting while on certain dosages of dnp? (search don't work right now.)

Let's say a 200 lb man taking 200mg daily.

or 400.


Should ya lift? if so, how intense? I hear conflicting opinions.

Just friggin' lift. Don't necessarily go to EXTREME failure or do 20rep squats, but just do it as usual. You'll live, ESPECIALLY on that low a dose.
 
if you think you can handle it, go for it! its alot of calories burned during a lifting session. however stick to "safe excersizes" ie. leg press instead of squats; hammer strength instead of bench, and so on.

most people cant handle it, but if you can, why not? just wear a tank top; with lots of ice water; and pray they dont kick you out for soaking up every machine you sit in:)

Cut back on VOLUME.Limit sets per bodypart,and get in and out.Remember,you are running on very limited ATP,so what is available will be used up in short fashion.Beyond that point you are taxing amino pools dramatically.

My philosophy is keep it low rep/high weight. I don't do high rep sets... I try to max out at 6.

I just finished doing a 32 day DNP cycle where I slowly bumped the dose up to 800mg crystal a day. At 800mg crystal I was able to do full workouts... so I agree with DaMan. Just lift and quit worrying about it.

DO make sure you keep up your minerals, though. DNP depletes your minerals lightning fast. I started getting monster cramps in the middle of my cycle from electrolyte depletion.
 
I don't change my workouts on 200mg a day. 200mg doesn't phase me as far as making my workouts more difficult.

How long have you done 200 mg/day and did you get good results?? It seems like you would have to do dnp for a couple (2-3) weeks on such a low dose to get results. I am interested in heariung anyone's (who's used dnp) thoughts on this as I plan to do a dnp run longer (2-4 weeks) at only 200 to 300 mg day MAX! (for safety reasons)!

hey bro, to my understanding, running it for 2 weeks at 200mg or 1 week at 400mg the results are the same given the diet is consistent. so a "3 day blitz" can do what a low dose "week-er" could do.

I did it for approximately 2 and a half weeks. I bumped it up to 400mg at the tail end. I had other assistance also though: T3, ECA, and 37.5mg Fina ed. I also did light cardio a couple times a week. I lost about 15 pounds, not much of which was muscle.
 
I think it all depends on how your body reacts when it comes time to lifting on DNP. I usually overtrain (as Dan Duchaine has stated in the past, many bodybuilders will usually overtrain on this poison) so i either avoid weight training or stick with higher reps, low volume. Regardless, I come off 'sw00L' in the end. :)
 
i dont really see a point in training while on dnp. You have no atp no energy, and not recuperative ability. I think some people lose muscle on dnp because they overtrain.

NP. i just finished carb depleting for three whole days (hell) ill let you know how it goes. im working my way up to 600mg of powder.
