FINAL WORD!!!!! CARDIO 1st or TRAINING 1st--when cutting?

I think its all a matter of preference to be honest... I always do it after training when your nice a depleted and can go right into fat burning (only when on though.) I'd believe if you do it before training, you'd would tire yourself out...

ok but everyone say first thing in morning on empty stomach burns most fat---you suppose to train on empty stomach then do cardio on empty stomach all before first meal????
 
for me, trainin is best about 5-8 hours after i wake up.

in the a.m, i'm flat and weak.
but around mid day, i get that nice bloat that i feel makes me stronger.

so if you had to choose one, id go with cardio in the a.m..
eat, rest, then pump 6-8 hours later.
 
If you have to do them together, train first, then cardio. Optimal would be cardio in the am and training in the pm
 
Cardio 1st then training 2nd on upper body days.

Training 1st and cardio 2nd on lower body days.
 
I am going to say the same thing train first and catdio next. I do it this way all the time mand have had no problmes. I've gotten good results from id. I'm cutting afyer my last cycle and I'm natural and I ahve dropped two inches on my waist and lost 11 pounds in a little less than a month.
