I've been around for a little bit now and gathered as much as I could after making a few posts before i did enough research (sorry). But my stats are 5'10 190 and have been lifting seriously for 6 years now. I plan to start after christmas and seems that everyone beleives test only is a good first cycle. Basically what im asking for is what type of test should i got with if im after strength gains and not to worried about mass, i dont want bloat at all even though it seems inevitable. I obviously will have my PCT in order and such but what type of test and im guess 500mg a week seems like the right dose for a beginner. Any thoughts?
