Final say on test cycle

I've been around for a little bit now and gathered as much as I could after making a few posts before i did enough research (sorry). But my stats are 5'10 190 and have been lifting seriously for 6 years now. I plan to start after christmas and seems that everyone beleives test only is a good first cycle. Basically what im asking for is what type of test should i got with if im after strength gains and not to worried about mass, i dont want bloat at all even though it seems inevitable. I obviously will have my PCT in order and such but what type of test and im guess 500mg a week seems like the right dose for a beginner. Any thoughts?

go with test enthate and add armidex or aromasin to stop bloat at only 500 mg a week id go with what ever you gte cheaper for the armidex or aromasin
or id add 25 mcgs of t3 that will ensure that u dont gain too much fat

So 500mg Test E seems to be the best choice? I'm guessing on a first cycle as long as a train hard and eat right i should see good strength gains and some weight gain than?
 
yes absolutely. you should grow very nicely off that dose if you eat right and take in enough protein. train hard and you will put on mass. go for 10-12 weeks. 12 preferably. if you have the money you can always run primo which will have no sides and no bloat at all.

All things equal what would the difference be in a primo or a test e cycle, i hate to admit it but i dont know much about primo....also i thought id add im at about 17% bf now and wont start till im below 15% by winter
 
i wouldn't start till you are at 12% but thats me. primo is going to cut you up more and give more lean mass gains. no water weight or bloat. nothing as far as sides. you can run it without adex or any anti-e's. also your pct will be mild as it does not shut you down hard at all.
