Final MEAL/shake????

casein only
casein/peanut butter/almonds
casein/flax
cottage cheese only
cottge cheese and nuts?


Someone on another board said cc makes you soft....I had to laugh. Does it make you guys soft??? Dry curd???? :p

suprised to see no fats..............nothing to slow down the absorbtion..........not even flax??? Cutting or bulking?
 
Muscle milk is gar-bage...IMHO......

As for everyone else, good to see. What are you doing? Cutting/bulking? How do you feel that last shake has effected you? Do you do cardio in the am? Are you hungry for your first meal?
 
60g whey blend mixed with gatorade. I always mix carbs in with my protein, i use gatorade at night because its only 15 or 16g.

Regular 1% or 2% cc will make you soft and smooth looking. one cup has over 1000mg of sodium in it. there is reason you never ever see anyone consume dairy before a show as well.

edit: I don't see anything wrong with dry curd stuff -- i use it while cutting myself. zero sodium and very little lactose as well.
 
Ummm CC is good stuff as for making you soft serious BS only time to cut it out is 4-6 weeks pre comp other then that eat up.
 
7.2 oz. albacore tuna (chopped, rinsed, strained)- 40g protein, 245 cals

2 tablespoons extra virgin, first cold press olive oil- 28g fat, 280 cals

2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar- negligible
 
I'm tossed between peanut butter and casein, dry curd, or flax/casein...........maybe I should try 1/2 tb of flax and a few almonds with casein at 50g...........seems ideal.
 
What's that stuff, I used to eat it all the time back in the day......

half casein, half whey w/ flax. I read in muscle and Fitness the other day that highlt reccomended taking flax w/ casein before going to bed to help regulate body fat.

Cutting.
I think the last shake gives my body sound nutrition (Infusion also has EFA's).
Yes, cardio in the AM almost all of the time.
I'm not hungry, for my first meal, oddly enough, even when I eat a whole food meal, I don't wake up hungry like I used to a long time ago. But do keep in mind, I'm ready to eat all the time pretty much, even more so in the summer. :)
