Hey i ordered on the 24th.............Got my conformation.......Still no kit........Charge is on credtit card.........Emailed them on the 6th and no reply.....................................So in my eyes they SUCK..........................At least return my mail..........NOTHING...........

Mine came in last week in record time. My buddy ordered one on the 4th and still no kit. Hit or miss it sounds like.
THe kit is ok though.

during these summer months the cattle need their fina, perhaps it's just a back log situation....or more likely a conspiracy by the MAN trying to keep us small and puny.

I get mine inin 1 day but I only live 2 hours away!

He has more orders than any other fuinakit maker my guess is so be patient! I know one thing the guy has great customer service he has even overnighted people stuff for free when they messed up something in there conversion!

IMO, they are very good. And, for a better price.
Test Ape, are you sure, you e-mailed to the right addy? They have different addies for different issues.

I recieved a kit from them about 5 days after I ordered it last week...but I didn`t realize that the kit didn`t come with any 18 gauge needles, why I have no clue...it really pissed me off.

I had good luck w/ them as well. You should allow at least 5-7 working days to receive your order. I agree...they should always return emails. That's just good customer service.

I emailed the Order status..............No answer.......I have proof of order conformation.....................And its on my credit card statement............Hey gearedup50 you say you live near by well i make take a roadtrip..................I hate getting screwed...........I can understand a order problem..but hey email me dont ignore me..Next step is contact my credit card and charge these fuckers with fraud...........
