Started @ 165 pounds, 14% bodyfat
Week 3 @ 178 pounds, 12% bodyfat
So far, so good. This past week I only gained one or two pounds...diet was kinda slacking this week. I am going to up the calories by about 700 per day to try and put on at least 5 more pounds before my cycle ends 3 weeks from now.
Fina is still amazing the shit out of me. I dont know how much this *P Winny is doing...cant really tell, but I dont really care as long as I get the results.
Strength is up on every lift pretty much. Bench is up a good 25 pounds I would assume.
Overall, I am very satisfied so far.
