I made good gains when I started using fina for the first time. However, I had to bail out of the cycle the first week because of PR or Prolactin nip issues.
Since then, I have started using winny with the fina. I'm taking the rest of my fina transdermal solution (70 sprays am and pm) and 25mg winny am / pm, vitex (double-dosage), ala, cran. extract, multi vitamin.
Since starting this, I haven't had nearly the weight gain as I did without the winny. Granted, my diet is a tad off, but I don't think it's off enough to cause the lack of gains I'm seeing. Anybody else not get the same gains while using winny with fina? This is the first time using winny for me. Also, could it be that the weight I gained the first time I used fina without winny was because of the PR issues. Maybe it was water weight the first time I used it since I did lose all but about three pounds after that week.
