I have not used Deca yet but am currently on Fina and loving it..I think I am puting on some good muscle even though I am on a cal restricted diet. Strength is awesome

You never heard that anywhere. If anything.....you have to consume mass quantities of protien & calories while on Deca to get any gains, if anything....people use it AFTER Test/Fina the true mass builders diet .......Fina.......you can't fuck up.....it works no matter what.....give it more calories/protein......it'll give you more muscle.
