second or third day I see gains in strenth. probably part placebo, but when I shoot my delts I seem to be stronger in upper body?
Just hit calves so hopefully the 5 platers on squats will be easier than normal.
Great strength gains while getting leaner at the same time.
Overall got about 20% strength gain.
I consider that huge since i have been lifting for about 20 years off and on.
Gotta love it!!!
