Fina Question

What would you say the average time to be on a fina cycle would be- i see people on for all sorts of time from 8 weeks to 16. Also- if im on 8, would abnyone recommend going back on 8 weeks later- or go for something different?

Fonz is experimenting with the fina right mow and I think he is on week 20 or so. gains haven't stopped and it sounds like he's enjoying himself. I personally wouldn't go over 10.
