Which would you recommend to a first time Fina user?
75 ED / 150 EOD or "it doesn't matter".

75 is better but not by much. A first timer would see great results on 150eod

Go ahead and shoot 75mg ED and keep your blood levels more stable, believe me when you start to feel it you'll be looking forward to your shots. Just get 25g pins to minimize the scar tissue and you'll be all good.
