Have you had any side effects ? hairloss, acne, etc...

I finished my last cycle with 5 weeks of fina @75mg ed and was very impressed. Strength went through the roof. I wish i had kept and accurate record of my stats now that I look back. Most likely I'm about to do a 10 week fina only cycle @ 75mg ed and this time I will keep a very accurate record of stats and strength gains.

Great job bro.

Ah.... Fina. :)

Those are impressive gains while being on CKD!

I believe that it is possible for some to eat anything while being on fina and not gain a fuckin' pound. I wonder what your results would be like if you had consumed a moderate carb intake?

Have you done any other cycles previously?

No sides what-so-ever while on my fina cycle...except if you want to count sweating more than usual while lifting...but that's it.

this was my 2nd cycle...1st was 500mg sustanon per week. I bulked up about 30lbs on the sustanon (not on CKD). I'm doing a cutting cycle now with no AAS...but after that I'm going to run Fina and Dbol together and see how that goes. I'll post results after it's finished.

Why are people so impressed with this? CKD is conduscive to lean mass gain while losing fat. So is any othe low carb /high protein diet. Carbs are generally not needed in any form of excess, and if one is trying to lose weight, they are not needed in excess of 50 gr/day.

carbs ARE needed for muscle gain though...and I think that's what impresses most people about gaining on CKD....they don't know about carb supercompensation I guess...

I was fortunate enough to gain Lean Mass while losing BF. I'm DEFINATELY sticking with fina in my cycles until I get hard as a rock...then maybe I'll look for something different.

really? Says who? Your body can synthesize all the carbs it needs from fats and protein. Carbs are non-essential, although I don't recommend a carb-free diet, low carb is good enough. Your body can also synthesize fat from carbs, it can not synthesize amino's however, thus the term "essential amino acids" It also can not synthesize certain helpful fats like "essential fatty acids omega 3,6,9" When you body synthesizes fat from carbs, it is one of the worst kinds of fat.

As far as I've studied, fat does not convert to glycogen. Glycogen is what is stored in muscles and the primary source of energy for muscles when working out. Once the glycogen is depleted your muscles get really tired and you can't do more.

If you have some other article or sources I'm always up for learning something new.

Well actually through the process of gluconeogenesis your body makes glucose from fat(energy)/protein(material), and from that then glycogensis can take place. So you have learned something new

Carbs are non-essential? Bullshit!!

I cannot emphize the importance of carbohydrates in any kind of diet-- we FUNCTION on carbs, the brain need glucose to even perform daily functions. Sure enough we can derive energy from fats and protiens, but nothing can beat the glycogen filling of the muscle cells of carbs.

When you say "low carb is good enough" Sure for fat loss, but terrible for a setting an anabolic enviornment for your body. Carbs are protien sparing and thus muscle sparing.

I myself will never go low-carb again. It's useless unless competing for a show.

pharmguy, I'd like to read up on what you're telling me but I haven't found much doing searches on google. Do you have any sites or refs I can take a look at?

What you need is any biochem/physiology textbook
