i read on some post someone saying you can obtain fina legally, how is that, are the pellets legal to buy and the make your own? what are the way and places where you can obtain fina LEGALLY, this is NOT intended to be a source post, i am just askign about the LEGAL avenues in obtaing fina, if any?

Yes both the fina pellets and the kit to convert them are legal. The product becomes illegal once converted.
