I was wondering if I would see a big difference doing 75 mg ED instead of EOD?

thats the typical range, 75-150mg/eod

you should not be able to tell the diffrence i use 100mg ed and sometimes 150 mg eod see what works best for you

I personally see best results on 100mg/ED I have heard of peeps making great gains on 75mg/ED start out slow and work you way up and see whats happens
