Fina and prostate issues

I think saw palmetto helps prevent conversion to DHT (correct me if I'm wrong). Tren doesn't convert to DHT, it's just highly androgenic. You would need an androgen blocker if you have problems with it, and if that's case you'd be better off to avoid tren altogether.

I've not had prostate problems with tren so far, but then I've not gone over 250 mg/week either.

Saw Palmetto not only inhibits 5ar activity to some extent, it also regulates androgens at the receptor, and should have a mild positive effect with any type of gear because of it. Studies have also shown that it's positive effects on the prostate specifically aren't limited to just dht inhibition. Apparently it works in other ways also, the one I just mentioned being an example. I will always use Saw Palmetto with any type of gear from now on.

I found this article a while back while researching...seems to be some very useful info, but nothing there related to AAS useage.

Just curious because prostate issues run in my family, and should I decide to take the plunge, I'd like to know what to do/avoid to keep my prostate happy.
