Hey everyone! Was just curious to know how the coefficient is figured out. Is it the 3 main lifts divided by bodyweight? And if so ,could it be based on gym lifts since Ive never competed in a PL competition? My three gym lifts (all raw) would be:
Squat maybe 365 (dont do squats really)
Deadlift 465
Bench (no pause) 365
Divided by my bodyweight of 185 would put me at 6.4? Is that correct? ThanX everyone.
