From what i understand, the 24 hour urine test is much more accurate in measursing cortisol than the blood serum.

Just so you know, cortisol is highest in the morning when you first wake up.

I actually did know this, but thanks for your educated imput.

When I get bloodwork done, I get the am/pm test done, specifically for my cortisol levels. Before I discovered this, it was am only though.

My doctor has surprisingly been most co-operative in all my bloodwork.

i dont have the book anymore, but anabolics 2004 recommended something you could take that kept cortisol levels in check. it was very anti-catabolic, but i cant remember what it was !!!!
anyone know what i'm talking about ?

As others have mentioned, Cytadren is used specifically for cortisol suppression, however, realize that it will all catch up to you upon cessation of the drug.

VitC 1000MG tabs are very beneficial......
