Fibrous Tissue where I injected

Just did a shot a few minutes ago into my right quad, which has been the location for the majority of my shots since I began using aas. When I plunged the needle into the muscle it felt as though the needle was going through very fibrous tissue. My theory is that it's scar tisse. Anybody ever injected in the same location so many times that now when you inject it feels as though the needle is going a fibrous tissue as I've described?

It is probably scar tissue. If you shoot to the outside of the thigh you can hit some fiborous tissue called tensor fasica lata. It runs from your pubic crest to the lateral side of the knee.

I would inject other places but I have some phobia with regard to it. I'm afraid to inject in my ass out of a fear of hitting my siatic (sp) nerve. I know it doesn't happen that often, but I'd be the one poor son of a bitch to which it does. Finally, the shoulder. That just looks damn painful. No thanks.

Did I miss anywhere? Where else can I inject? Ideas?

You're just gonna have to suck it up here, dood. Imagine a line that divides your right buttcheek in half that runs vertically. Now imagine a line that intersects it, and divides your buttcheek in half horizontally. It will divide your cheek into 4 equal quadrants. Anywhere in the upper/outer quadrant is good. Use 23 gauge 1 1/2" pins, and you're good to go. On delts I just go for the meatiest area on the lateral head of the delt. Just think logically about where the most meat is there and you will find it. If you use a 25 gauge 1" needle it is virtually painless. The point here is....remember the first time you injected into your right thigh? Remember the apprehension you had about that? After you forced yourself to do it the first time everything was fine. That's how this is going to be. Force yourself to inject into these new places, and you'll find that maybe you don't like shooting your thigh so much anymore.

It would be really hard to hit the sciatic nerve unless you have a very small ass. It's a pretty deep nerve. Shoulders are fine and very easy. I did my first quad injection sunday and dam it was super easy. Pin went in like a hot knife through butter.
