Fiber slows down absorbtion of Whey?

I have heard that taking fiber with whey protein slows down its absorbtion rate.......is this true? This would be ideal for the morning.........a fiberous cereal followed by a whey protein shake.........
Is this true?
 
If you can stick to real food.. try as much as you can.

About the fiber, Fiber will slow down the digestion of everything, including whey. When you eat a big meal w/ fiber and fat it will slow down its absorption. Well same thing goes for the whey. If you add some fat (ex flaxseed oil, peanut butter etc) and add some fiber (cereal or just a simple teaspoon of metamucil) it will slow down the absorption of the protein.
