few questions

My recent lab work showed my test and LH levels to be extremely low.

I have been pretty fatigued so decided to take sum time off from training figuring that i have been overtraining.

First question - Would these all be signs of overtraining?

2nd question - I am taking 3 full days off from the gym, is this enough?

3rd question - If i do return to the gym on monday woudl it be ok to start back up with my heavy routine or stick to lighter weights for maybe like 3 sets of 10 for a variety of exercises.

4th question - If i dont return monday woudl sum cardio be ok and what kind and how long?
