well since i've been back to the gym i've been busting my ass...and its starting to pay off....
incline bench
135 x 10
135 x 9
135 x 8
Flat bench
115 x 10
115 x 10
115 x 8
wanted to see how much i could do after the other shit
135 x 2
155 x 2
175 x 1 went up pretty easy until i hit about the 1/2 way mark
biceps got up to 70 for 12 reps for 3 sets on cable preacher....last week i did 40
so i think im doing pretty good in the gym... igotta get some whey mix because i havent been taking enough protien in i dont think...
