Felt something tear

Felt something tear last night doing deads... Today, my back is sore as hell! i can walk fine but it feels pretty sore when in full flexion. Anyone been through this... i know i need to get to a doc, but should i go to a chiro? anyone?

^^ worrying a bit here... i wasn't lifting a particularly heavy weight...315... had a bit of a spasm in my upper back so i went to lower the bar and ended up for some stupid reason flexing my lumbar and that's when i felt the tear/pull/pop or whatever it was.. any advice would be greatly appreciated

is there any sign of blood pooling or bruising?

Nope...none at all...just feeling of pain when i put my lumbar in flexion...
